Rainy day guarantee
The UK weather can be very difficult to predict. We have lots of fabulous customers and lawns to see and sometimes there are occasions in which it does rain after we have applied our chemical treatments. This is why we have developed our "Rainy Day Guarantee". If it heavily rains to the point where our treatment would have been washed away, we will come back on a dry day completely free of charge and reapply it. Does your lawn care company do that?
Our lawn and renovation guarantee
We spend many weeks of the year installing new lawns and also renovating old tired lawns. Our aim and purpose as a business is to create thousands of "Elite Lawns" which ourselves and our customers can be proud of. We offer guarantees on all our products, services and renovations. We keep coming back until the lawn is to the very high standards we expect of all of our lawns. Any renovations, scarifications or new lawn installations all come with aftercare visits free of charge. These visits normally take place several weeks after and can include anything from additional over seeding to additional fertiliser applications.
